An article on North Dakota’s record-setting month for oil production made it to Business Week.  It seems the state’s energy industry is getting attention from a wider audience than it has before as the nation and world become more aware of our energy-producing potential.

One thing I didn’t know was that Bowman County, which is outside the Bakken oil shale formation, still produces a third of the state’s oil.  That’s another ND treasure worth looking into.
