While the nation is struggling through an economic recession, North Dakota keeps getting word that our economy is doing relatively well.  That doesn’t mean we’re immune to it–but as a whole, we’re doing okay. 

For example, taxable sales increased in the state by 28 percent from last year and 14 out of 15 retail industries grew.
