There’s a three bedroom home for sale in Garrison that’s priced at about $15,000.  It’s definitely a fixer-upper, but it caught my eye as a good investment for a young couple willing to put time and effort into making it their own.

On the opposite end of the spectrum, another three bedroom home in Garrison is going for around $239,000.  It’s close to the lake, has a couple of acres with it and looks brand new. 

The thing that’s so great about this range is that there are options in North Dakota.  People can get into houses here.
