i think that it would be wrong for someone to sell hunting rights separate to selling the land what if you had crops on the land and the person with the hunting rights went through your unharvested field and ruined a couple acres of land cause of it who would be at fault then?

Many environmentalists who previously supported hydroelectric power have turned their backs on it, since it means changes for any ecosystem downstream from a dam. By the same token, however, the same people who worshipped at the wind power altar are now upset that migratory birds run into the turbine propellers. As soon as they realize how solar panels are made, they’ll have a quandary there as well.

Life is very complicated when the earth is your god.

Being a resident of Illinois and seeing those who led the charge for impeachment, I don’t see a sign of hope.

All I see is a band of thieves getting a leader more in line with their way of thinking.

This is exciting! But let us remember our Socialist Squirrel Non Partisan League Roots here! Messing around with our constitution has not been good for North Dakota. It gave us the State Bank, Mill and other programs that have totally brought about tyranny and corruption and have been stumbling blocks for the great state of North Dakota.

I am all for both these constitutional amendments however! Now if they can only break the public school monopoly North Dakota will be leading into 2009!
