For personal reasons, I’m very much in favor of the anti-abortion bill written about here, but I’m also very happy with the fact that North Dakota is once again making national news.

The article doesn’t fully explain the bill. Instead, it  features some of the exeriences that Rep. Dan Ruby, R-Minot is having because of it.  Whether the bill passes or not, North Dakota is once again leading out on an important issue.   People have to do a double take when they see an issue like this come out of North Dakota.
